The Coffing EC Electric Chain Hoist is engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications, offering reliable performance and enhanced safety features. Its robust construction includes load-bearing housings made of ductile iron for maximum strength, while non-load-bearing housings are crafted from cast aluminum alloy to minimize weight.
The EC model incorporates a mechanical load brake, motor brake, and overload clutch as standard safety features, ensuring secure and efficient operation. Additionally, the five-pocket load sheave design provides smoother lifting, reduces chain wear, and increases chain and sheave engagement by 25% over conventional four-pocket sheaves. Note that the chain container is sold separately.
